A 1971 catalogue of the works of the Baschet Brothers, François (1920-2014) and Bernard (1917-2015). A sculptor and engineering duo, respectively, the Baschet Brothers were music educators and created sound sculptures and innovative musical instruments, most notably the Cristal Baschet. The Baschet Brothers are also credited with the invention of the inflatable guitar, the aluminium piano, and numerous other experimental musical instruments, and established a 'Baschet Educational Instrumentarium' to introduce young individuals to musical concepts.
